Community Mental Health selected Edge Publicom by competitive bid to undertake a major rebranding initiative that included board member interviews, focus groups, stakeholder surveys and all aspects of the brand development process. The complexity of this nonprofit, government organization involved bringing multiple, diverse services under one brand identity.
The results went much further than an isolated logo design and included:
Brand integration on all CMH assets, including website, building signage, letterhead, services and programs, collateral materials, social media and events
Increased engagement levels from both internal and external stakeholders
Increased consumer awareness of programs and services
Increased funding allocations from state and national sources
Award-winning creative design as recognized by both national and Michigan professional organizations
