Knowledge and Skills Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications or related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Knowledge of AP Style preferred
  • Experience creating communications & public relations strategies
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Experience working and creating relationships with local, state & national media
  • Self-starter
  • Multi-tasker
  • Detail-oriented
  • 4+ years experience

 

Duties:
  • Create comprehensive communications strategies
  • Enhance client’s voice through earned media, content development and digital channels
  • Manage media relations and interview requests
  • Write news releases, media advisories and other content
  • Serve as lead for clients, including communications, PR and social media management

Content Specialist

  • Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications or related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience creating content for and managing advertising campaigns on major social and digital platforms, including Facebook, Google, X (Twitter), Instagram and LinkedIn
  • Writing experience for web, email, blogs, & general content
  • Self-starter
  • Multi-tasker
  • Detail oriented
  • 2+ years experience
Duties:
  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies and campaigns aligned with client objectives
  • Create engaging content for various social platforms including Facebook, Instagram X (Twitter), LinkedIn, SnapChat, and TikTok
  • Monitor and analyze analytics to optimize content and campaigns
  • Build relationships with influences and online communities to enhance brand exposure
  • Respond to comments, messages inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide regular reports and recommendations to clients on social media performance, campaign results and insights
